Halflives - Peterborough Met Lounge - 13/07/17

From October 2013 to December 2015 I lived in Peterborough. Being from Birmingham I initially struggled with how little it was and the lack of gigs! When you can pretty much go to a gig almost every day of the week in Birmingham you can see why this was a big change. The one benefit however, was that when bands such as Funeral For a Friend played Peterborough it was a pretty initimate and memorable show.

On Thursday I popped back to Peterborough to photograph Halflives at the Met Lounge and they were pretty amazing! As with most small venues the lighting wasn't fun, but I resisted using flash as much as I could.

I very rarely convert my images to black and white, but in some cases you just can't win against pure blue and red lighting...
